Hummus Eliyahu is kosher mehadrin under the supervision of the Jordan Valley Rabbinate.

As you might have guessed, the main dish on the menu is hummus served with pita, but that being said, there are a variety of extras that you can order with your hummus: sauteed onions, sauteed mushrooms, whole chickpeas, beans, eggplant, shakshuka, vegetarian shawarma, and a hard boiled egg.

Besides hummus, you can order two types of salads, soup, baked french fries and mashed potato balls.

The restaurant has a shaded seating area outside for those who want to enjoy the fresh air, but the seating area inside the restaurant is also nice.
